Terms and Conditions

Your Charter is with Thundersailing Limited and is subject to English Law.

The Booking Form must be completed and returned and the 25% deposit received in order to confirm the booking.
Full payment for the Charter is due one week (7 Days) before the Charter commences.

The cost of the booked Charter unless otherwise agreed does not include travel to and from the boat’s base, food and beverages or mooring fees that apply when the yacht is berthed away from her permanent home.

Thundersailing Limited reserves the right to cancel a charter due to indifferent weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. The deposit and/or charter fee will be refunded should this occur.

Sailing can be challenging and risky but the Company or its representatives cannot and will not accept liability for any personal injury, illness, death or loss of personal property howsoever caused during a charter.

It is a requirement that you notify the Company of any specific medical conditions or disabilities that you, your staff or guests have that need to be borne in mind when having regard to the proposed activity.

If you do not already have it, it is recommended that you arrange personal travel or personal accident insurance together with all risks cover for your personal property before chartering.
